I went in for an oil change and they suggested more work.It was for real issues not for the product of the day.

Very poor service. The worst ever in fact. You ruin my driveway and take the cowardly way out by hiding behind your legal team and refuse to fix the damage you caused. You are pathetic. No class and no integrity. Coward.

I showed up at 8 am for appointment was not in system at the shop but toke me in.l was appreciated for this thanks again

I was very please with the service and attention to my needs! I did however apply for credit (and realize that its not perfect) but we all had a bad 2009. My income should have been enough to offer more than the limit of (700) in which you folks extended?

The service was very good but after driving 150 miles one of the trailer tires I bought had lost a significant amount of air. I removed it and didn't see any damage. I will have to get it checked before I return home and will use my spare in the meantime. A little disappointing.

Terrible experience. They screwed up a simple oil change that caused oil to leak all over my van and concrete driveway. Now they refuse to take responsibility for the severe damage they caused. This is a huge lack of integrity and professionalism. I have made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and will be pursuing a civil litigation in the near future. Simple solution: fix the damage you caused.

Everything was good. The only down fall was I told them to check one of my tires because of a slow leak. They filled it then few hours later it was low again. That was the only issue.

Just went for an oil change. Most places tend to call and pressure you to get some things done but they didn't which was nice for once

Level of service met my expectations

After taking both our vehicles in for an alignment and an oil change, we had to come back for BOTH cars because the alignment was still completely off, and on the oil change the splash shield was hanging down and dragging as we drove, something that wasn't a problem when we got there. Our entire day was spent going back and forth with just explanations of why it wasn't really their fault for not fixing it in the first place. Being busy on a Saturday doesn't mean you get to do shoddy work and use that as an excuse. We expected way better, and instead had the worst experience thus far with Big O. The service manager came and told us all about what was really going on with our cars, he explained it nicely, but the damage was already done. We shouldn't have to ask for the service manager every time we take our cars in. We should be able to trust any of the mechanics working on our cars anytime, to be knowledgeable and to do quality work the first time around.

Great service but I think I overpaid for it. In my whole life I have never [aid $224 for a battery
