Overall my experience was good. But I do not like that they called to try to sell me on things that did not need to be fixed. My boyfriend is a mechanic and the items they told me needed to be fixed did not. I have always liked Big O Tires but I do not trust them after this experience.

Good morning, I filled out your survey last time I came in for an oil change on my truck and this last time was great. The service person knew the fleet service program and I really appreciate their knowledge of the program to take the hassle out of it for me. My visits to your facility get better every time I come in and I will continue to come back to your facility. I was also very impressed by how quick your team got my truck done. When I pulled in Saturday morning your parking lot was full and you were very busy which is a good problem to have I assumed my truck would be there all day to get an oil change done and much to my surprise I didn't even finish lunch before you had called telling me it was finished. Your team is doing a great job much better than my first couple of visits and I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thank you very much

My Big-O store treats my family well and helps us get the best deal :)

Came in for a simple oil change and they are so incompetent that they screwed it up and oil leaked all over my van and driveway. Then Steve refused to give me a refund until I had to complain. Now the owner Gabe has refused to fix my driveway. He is a coward with no integrity and professionalism. Never go there.

Needed a repair of my 22" tire that got a huge nail in it on my 16yo daughter's first drive with her license.Took it in and they fixed and mounted the tire for me.Only problem with the experience is that I never received a call to let me know the job was complete.Waited all day until just before close and decided to call them and learned at that point that my truck had been ready.

It took 1 hour and 50 minutes to get an oil change and that was with an appointment.

I had gone into the Crisman Big O location to get a new pair of tires. I had purchased new set of tires for my car earlier that year that still had 3/4 tread left which is alot of life left. While waiting for my car one of the technicians had informed me that one of the new tires I had recently purchsed had a manufactures defect where the inside of the tire was coming apart. I showed him my receipt for my purchase, which I had in my glove compartment. I expected two new tires no charge, considering it was the manufatures defect and not my fault or road hazard damage. They informed me that they would only refund me $40 out of the &160 I had spent on the tires. I explained my disatisfaction in there policy and would be contacting customer support. I tried contacting customer support and was refered to a voice mail where I left a message. I still have not received a call back from customer support. I ended up leaving the Big O with an extra $115 on top of the &150 I had expected to pay. I couldn't even get a military discount for the replacement tires. So if you go into a Big O Tires and have your tires replaced and those tires fall apart the next day due to a manufatures defect, expect to be compensated only $20 per tire. Thanks Big O Tires. You have lost a customer for life and successfully taken advantage of a military veteran!

Bradley is a great representative of your company, friendly and knowledgeable. We got a great price for our new tires, and the service techs did great as well. My only disappointment was that I wanted to pre-pay the entire purchase through your store on Crismon, but have the installation take place at a location more convenient for us. It was explained to me that we couldn't do that, even if it was another store owned by the same franchisee.

I have been coming to this location since it opened. I have always been treated great by the staff and have never been pressured into buying anything that I didn't need. This is why I continue to come back and have my car needs handled by this store and team. Thanks for the great service.

I came in on a Wednesday and asked to have my brakes inspected, knowing they were in need of replacement, but was advised I could not even be given an estimate before and inspection even though I requested a range of possible prices. I left and received a phone call several hours later that I needed new rotors, brackets and pads in the front and new cylinders for the rear because they are now leaking brake fluid and it is so dangerous for me to be driving with my vehicle in this condition. At this point I almost opted out all together, but chose to have just the rotors machined and front pads replaced due to the extreme cost of having all of the recommended work done and not having the time to do them myself (again, I should have done this!). When I came and picked up my vehicle, I paid $230 for front brake pads and machining the rotors. I noticed I was not charged for an oil change. I was advised by Steve (who at a later date introduced himself to me as Barry) that it was his fault and offered me a free oil change for the inconvenience as I had to leave then and come back at a later date. I returned three days later for the oil change and was told it would be about 2.5 hours. I said that will be fine.... Well 3.5 hours later I was called and told that my serpentine needed replacing and my battery, however the oil change still had yet to even be done. I advised that my battery was still under warranty and I would go and exchange it and that I would also replace my own belt due to the nature of Big O's pricing since I have now found out that I had been hosed on the price of my front brakes. Once my car was finally done, I drove directly to Auto Zone and told them I needed to exchange my battery as I was advised by Big O's staff that my battery is only reading at 306 and it is supposed to be reading at 525 and that I have two dead cells in it. Auto Zone laughed and said there is no way to determine if you have dead cells or the quantity of dead cells in a battery, but they will test it and exchange it. Upon their test of the battery, which I was present for, the battery read fine. Clearly you were trying to rip me for some more unnecessary parts/labor costs... Not too mention that I had a family friend (which I know is not "credible" to anyone but me and my family) look at my rear cylinder brakes and he advised there is not a leak, nor a need to change them right now. I drive a lot of miles to work everyday approx 100 miles a day. I drive an undesirable 1998 Saturn because I feel no need to put that quantity of miles on a nicer vehicle to just run it into the ground. Therefore, I am dependent upon this vehicle everyday to keep me safe and get me where I am headed. NOW that I have been through all of this, the check engine light has come on and it seem very coincidental that the light came on after you serviced the vehicle and quoted me a bunch of unnecessary work. Is this all just ploy to get me back into your shop to fix the new problem.... I would love for you to make this right, however, I have a pretty good understand of how corporate America works. So, I guess it is what it is.
