It was the end of the day and feel that workers were not happy that I needed assistance. Some personnel were much kinder than others.

Everybody does their job in the office... I can't comment on the garage section or the quality due to the fact I'm in the waiting area.

Very disappointed. I will make sure to share my story with 10 plus people. The customer service is poor they do not stand by warranty specifications they make their own rules and regulations along the way. The front end manager insinuated we were lying and refused to discuss further options. They also did service. Few weeks before this visit and failed to tell me I was driving on an unsafe tire. I am beyony frustrated and filed a complaint with the corporate office. It's been A week and I have yet to hear from anyone.

I have been coming to this Big O location since it opened. The management team knows me and I know I will always be treated with honesty about the work that is either being performed or needed in the future on my vehicles. This is why I keep coming back.

Was not told about TPS options on my car. I have A TPS light on.

I am always treated with courtesy and the guys patiently answer my questions.

They did a good job, but they overinflated my tires by 5 lbs

Your service sucks.

Good service. Never asked about a tire rotation or rebalance. Now I get to go and have the tires rotated. They were busy, so I guess they just missed that step.

I was appective of the oil coupon I had, it saved me money & I diffandtly appreciated that. Staff at the store location was nice & friendly too.
