What good would it do to tell about my last experience with this company but I will shop around next time I pass several automotive/tire shop but I chose you all that's my fault I can't"� blame no one but myself.Now I Know......

They ordered my parts which they said would be 20 minutes or so to get and it took me asking what was taking so long for them to call and figure out they weren't coming do to delivery issues just thought that's something they should have been on top of

Wait time and the waiting area. How does a big chain like yours not have WiFi in the waiting area? What, is this the 90's? No TV except infomercials....if I never see Larry King again it will be too soon. I will never wait during service again. It was torture. There isn't even a drinking fountain.

At first I thought the service was a little pricey until I found out it included a free tire rotation and a very thorough inspection of the suspension and brakes.

I went in on 10/16 for an oil change. I also needed a tire. Bought 4 tires. They said the oil change was free. They said they topped off all fluids including washer fluid. A couple of days later I was driving and a bug hit my windshield, I tried to wash it off no fluid came out. Stopped at a store bought fluid asked an attendant to fill it but first I told him I had an oil change and this was supposed to be taken care of. I asked him to check the oil. He said the oil was dirty and no way was the oil changed the fluid bottle was empty. I went to Big O and he said no way. I said check the oil. The stick had dirty oil on it. Can't trust they did what the said after waiting 3 hours.

I have been coming to you guys for about 4 years now to have service done on my work truck and the service has been great. It was a little rocky the first couple of times I came in but, it gets better all the time. I really appreciate your staff knowing and understanding the WHEELS program which makes my life so much easier.

Good service

I manage a Utility Company and took my vehiclesfor service.This last time I asked for oil change and wipers. They offered a monsoon package that includes Air Filter. After picking the vehicle up I checked to see if they had installed new air Filter. As to my feelings I had when I picked up the truck, No New Air filter yet was charged forty dollars for it.I was also charged for service that my Fleet Management disapproved of. Not my first problem with this shop.Management at this center clearly needs to be replaced. Very disappointed and will no longer take my fleet trucks or my personal vehicles to this shop.

No complaints, excellent communications, i was pleased with their service and support.

Not having an appointment I was told I might have to wait 2 hours for service. But to my surprise within 15 minutes my car was taken in for service. Within 1 hour my car was done. That was great news. My concern is that I was pushed for 3 up services that I didn't need. That's why I can't give 5 stars!!
