Generally, I was. Your associates are good, efficient, and knowledgeable, and the work on the vehicle, so far as I can tell, was fine. I appreciate the coupons from Big O that hit my mailbox on a regular basis, too. Helps to remind me of services that I need to get done for my car.

They are always good and knowledgeable, a bit pricey though. We ordered Atturo XT tires from Walmart but on the day they were supposed to install both techs called out sick and then told us they couldn't install 35's anyway. So we packed up the tires in the back of the jeeps and went to BigO. Both our jeeps were done in a little over an hour, but $199.00 per jeep just to install was quite a bit more than we expected to pay. If you're just getting an install, I would recommend shopping around

Very poor service. The worst ever in fact. You ruin my driveway and take the cowardly way out by hiding behind your legal team and refuse to fix the damage you caused. You are pathetic. No class and no integrity. Coward.

Terrible experience. They screwed up a simple oil change that caused oil to leak all over my van and concrete driveway. Now they refuse to take responsibility for the severe damage they caused. This is a huge lack of integrity and professionalism. I have made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and will be pursuing a civil litigation in the near future. Simple solution: fix the damage you caused.

The inside of my car had several fingerprint marks on the seat, cup holder, and door. Luckily I had wipes in my car and I was easily able to clean it off. I guess I just assumed that with covid that there would be a procedure in place for workers wearing gloves or something when handling customer cars.

After taking both our vehicles in for an alignment and an oil change, we had to come back for BOTH cars because the alignment was still completely off, and on the oil change the splash shield was hanging down and dragging as we drove, something that wasn't a problem when we got there. Our entire day was spent going back and forth with just explanations of why it wasn't really their fault for not fixing it in the first place. Being busy on a Saturday doesn't mean you get to do shoddy work and use that as an excuse. We expected way better, and instead had the worst experience thus far with Big O. The service manager came and told us all about what was really going on with our cars, he explained it nicely, but the damage was already done. We shouldn't have to ask for the service manager every time we take our cars in. We should be able to trust any of the mechanics working on our cars anytime, to be knowledgeable and to do quality work the first time around.

I took my girlfriends dodge magnum in due to leaking coolant. They said it was a cracked radiator and the thermostat was bad as well. I had them do the repairs and they also wanted to change the hoses due to age and possible cracking. I agreed and let them change those as well. Then 3 months later coolant started spraying on the front windshield. They said it was the coolants reservoir cracked and needed replaced. Had them do it and next day it started over heating they said they must not have got the air out. They could not see anything else wrong with the vehicle. Still having issues with the car.

We just had the windshield wipers replaced, not a lot of service required for this.
