Went in for a tire rotation, oil change, and to check the brakes. Did the first two no problem, then called saying I needed new front pads. Was going to be an additional $300! No thank you. $50 dollar pads and two screws. Really? And then when I was doing my brakes myself they torqued the wheel lock screw so much I stripped out the key for it. Now have to go get a new one. Thanks big-0. Dick heads.

At the drop off, the associate was less than amiable and did not provide a price. On the pickup, the other associate was very amiable and helpful.

I don't know if this was an off day or what, but I experienced the worst customer service and tire service during my visit. I arrived 20 minutes before the store opened and waited patiently by the door. Slowly the line behind me formed. Right on the hour, a gentleman I later learned was named Doug came and unlocked the door. I followed him in without him saying a word to me. I followed him to his station and he still did not greet me. I just stood there waiting for him to be ready to help a customer. He finally looked up and said what can I do for you. I told him my tire was flat and I used a can of fix-it in order to limp it over here. He offered me a couple of different tire options and I made my selection. He said they would start working on it as soon as the bays were open. I moved to wait outside. The guys working proceeded to move and set-up stacks of tires for the next 15 minutes. Next, I watched two different workers go and get other vehicles and put them in the bays despite the fact that I was the first customer. Finally, my car was brought over behind the car in the bay. Not once was the tire in question looked at or discussed with me to show me why it was flat or if replacing it was the only option. The guy who worked on my car was the slowest worker I have ever witnessed. I literally recorded it because I have never seen anyone work so slow. He disappeared for over 10 minutes in the back trying to find the new tire and later had to get Doug to help him locate the correct tire that was being purchased. He opened my hood and never did anything underneath then closed it 10 minutes later. I thought maybe that was part of an inspection you do on all cars and then tell the customer they are low on fluids, etc., but that was not the case. I have changed many tires and in the amount of time, it took this one gentleman to change this tire I could have easily changed this tire 3 or 4 times! If only these new cars come with spares! Even when it was time to check out and pay, the gal went out 3 times to get the paperwork. She said my vehicle was done, but the guy working on the car had not yet completed the paperwork. I was there for an hour and a half. While my ONE tire was being replaced those two cars that went in ahead of me into the bay had all 4 tires rotated and balanced and moved out of the bays. One even had new tires put on. At some point during the morning, the manager arrived and Doug who was not personable or friendly at all when he opened the store became very good at saying hello to customers and have a nice day to those leaving. I hope you're able to make some adjustments and improve your customer service and service in general. I am a very dissatisfied customer who will not be returning and who will be sharing my thoughts with others.

When I originally went the gentleman I talked too was awesome, very professional and helpful. I didn’t originally have all the money to special order tires but he still quoted me so I knew how much to budget without making me feel like an inconvenience. I then returned a week and half later to pay a deposit to get tires ordered and be able to pay the rest of my balance upon tire installation. The new service representative I talked to on my return visit wasn’t as friendly and when I asked to make a deposit he said I wasn’t able too and that I had to pay my entire balance. However I was 60$ short and he cut my alignment price down so I could afford it which was awesome honestly. I was curious as to why the original price was so high. Upon return for install I talked to the second gentleman again and it felt like he didn’t recognize me bit. Drop car off and walk to a nearby Starbucks and return 2.5 hours later to wait at the big o for my car and it was already outside and they didn’t text me or call, and the gentleman was talking to a woman with kids and I felt like I interrupted them.

Worst ever. A simple oil change that you screwed up and oil leaked all over my driveway. Then you send some guy to clean and he makes it worse. Now you won't fix it??????? Ridiculous. What kind of a sham business are you operating Gabe? You need to stop being a coward, have some pride and integrity and fix what you damaged. Plus I would like a copy of my bill from August 28th emailed to me immediately.

I brought my vehicle in for new tires and wheel alignment. Tires were put on with no problem. But the alignment was still off, so I had to bring my vehicle back to get that corrected.

Service did not start until 30 minutes after the appointed time, and then took an unusually long time for a simple oil change. I appreciat the fact that other items were inspected, but it still should have taken much less time.

I went to this location to get a oil change and was told that my car had other issues with my oil pan and hoses. When I got my car back the check put person didn't go over the results and when I got into my car there was no sticker letting me know when my next oil change was due. I don't even know when I need my next oil change and if I even got one.

I scheduled an 1100 appointment on a thursday for an oil change in my truck. I arrived at 1050 and did not leave until 1215. I have never had to wait for an hour and fifteen minutes for just an oil change. At the very least, if it really takes this long at your facilities, the customer should be told.

I was thankful for the general knowledge exhibited by the team members. I also appreciated the fact they offered to give me a ride home considering I would not be waiting for the vehicle. The service time was a bit longer than expected although it caused no issues for me.
