i had 24/7 road side assistance free road hazard tire replacement yet they still charged me 45 to replace my tire for road hazard damage and they didnt intall it right the next day it lost air down to 15lbs so i brought it back because i thought it was another tire seeing as its a tire shop i didnt think it was the one they just replaced i probably wont be using big o tire in the future when i purchase new tires

total communication was a little low

Paid 400 dollars in repairs and my car was running worse then when I brought it in. The ac still gets warm when idling and I took it to a new mechanic that said there was no way the transmission had been flushed. Waste of money.

both balancing machines broke down. that should not happen. machines should be in better working order

Biggest waste of time I have ever experienced. Your employees have no idea what customer service or follow-through are. They need training, and plenty of it.

Everything was good except they didn’t put valve cover on on of the tires

I had a wheel alignment and it took less than 10 minutes and it was called a specialty alignment and charged 160.00 when all was done align the left front wheel. 2006 mustang is toe in and toe out, I think I got ripped off.

I made an appointment, but my wait time was two hours. I would think that having an appointment I would move of customers that just showed up for service. I did not think the appointment helped getting the service done timely.

I will never go back. I had a fuel flush service done and the mechanic was driving my car really hard I was told that is how you burn the carb build up. After doing some research I found out that is false. It clearly States on the bottle to drive at normal operating speeds.

I have been going to Big O for years. I didn't rate Highly Satisfied because there is always someone new, and although I was told I had free oil changes, I still paid $38 because it was a high mileage. That was not disclosed. When I was given the free oil changes, it was like they were doing me a favor. In essence it was not free, but "discounted" for me.

Chris was awesome. Problem was the tires I had only had 25k mi (50k wrnty) but were a couple months over the 3yr warranty. They were dry rotted and separating and no pro rated option, will never buy that brand again (POS). 2nd issue was the warranty was automatically added to my invoice without asking if I wanted it. Don't need a warranty when selling a vehicle. Ask next time if the customer want's it instead of assuming. Chris gave me a ride to my house, very nice and professional.

My driveway is still ruined thanks to big o tires. Gabe I can't believe you will not fix the damage you and your staff caused. It is pathetic. You make a lot of money and you don't even have the integrity to pay for your mistake. Ridiculous

I would rather not provide specifics as it might cost an employee their job? (or not if this is common practice approved and expected by Management). I'll just say that it must have appeared to the employee that the word STUPID was printed on my forehead? 100% markup quoted when we began the pricing process. I thought I was in a Greasy Used Car Lot for a while. I expect the "tactics" used to try and milk me for every penny possible - works on Little Old Ladies that are desperate and have no clue about cars or parts. When I related to a room full of morning coffee buddies, the "tactics" of overpricing by double at the beginning of providing a quote appears to be common practice business at Big O - I got several Thanks for letting my neighbors know to shop around.

Still no contact from the owner Gabe about fixing my driveway that you destroyed. I'm going to write poor reviews every day until I get my new driveway. I have also complained to BBB. I will not stop until you do the right thing.

I had a $15.00 oil change coupon and your tech upsold my wife to $35.00. How stupid do you think I am? I will never use your services again...unless you give me a free coupon that doesn't cost me $$$$

No one likes to drop their vehicle off for an oil change and several phone calls later hearing the price is going to be over a $1,000 for repairs. On the second phone call Brad called to let me know it was more than a water pump leaking but also the radiator. Yikes, no one likes to hear more repairs are necessary and the price is going up. He explained the process and dropped the price a little since we are loyal customers. After thinking it through, I'm thankful they found the issues I didn't even know existed because we hope to never be stranded on the side of the highway due to vehicle issues.
