Third person in the store, no appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Technician told me an hour. In an hour, they were only bringing it into the bay. Took 2 hours.

I’m happy with my oil change, however highly satisfied requires exceptional service and no additional cost for that service ( ie : waste oil fee or additional quarts of oil).

You still have not fixed my driveway that you ruined. Terrible business. No integrity.

Was not explained on what was cause of leak to tire. TPS were not moved to location of tires

Made an appointment and dropped off at noon. Work was not done by 430. Manager called and asked if I could leave it overnight, which was not possible. However, the staff did end up completing the work, so they did stay to complete the job. Overall very thankful they did get it done, and would return to this location.

Crystal was fantastic

All I wanted was a pair of front tires for my 2002 chevy 2500. ended up with a bad vibration in front, that was not there with old tires!!!! The store wanted to charge me 2600.00 to try and fix the vibration ... Instead of first , Looking closer at the tire and balance .. Plus I do not know what motor mounts have to do with tire vibration but they seem to think that was part of the problem. I asked them to do a test drive so they could know were the vibration was coming from , They said back... it is the front ..No test drive by the manager ... PS. they did try to re- balance tire the 2nd time I was there , 3 rd time I took truck in is when they seemly wanted to just get rid of me and ran up a large guess work type of bill . Now I stuck with what may be bad tire .. Great!

I was charged $800. & something for a deal that was buy 2 tires get 2 for free. I needed oil change, wipers replaced & wheel alignment. I had to purchase tire protection package to receive buy 2 get 2 free. All the other fees added up quick. Time will tell if tires last & how often I use the protection package if it was a good deal. Over all satisfied with service so far.

While I had concerns with service in my prior visit, the manger promptly addressed my concerns within this visit. He showed that he respects his customers and will actively seek a resolution, a WIN WIN. The technician who balanced my tires did an exceptional job. It feels like I am riding on a new set of tires.
