Representative tried to upsell major vehicle services without demonstrating any need for maintenance services. Examples: needs spark plugs (I replaced plugs abt 8 months ago).

I went in on 10/16 for an oil change. I also needed a tire. Bought 4 tires. They said the oil change was free. They said they topped off all fluids including washer fluid. A couple of days later I was driving and a bug hit my windshield, I tried to wash it off no fluid came out. Stopped at a store bought fluid asked an attendant to fill it but first I told him I had an oil change and this was supposed to be taken care of. I asked him to check the oil. He said the oil was dirty and no way was the oil changed the fluid bottle was empty. I went to Big O and he said no way. I said check the oil. The stick had dirty oil on it. Can't trust they did what the said after waiting 3 hours.

The tires I had reserved when setting my appointment were not in stock. It took a couple of hours to get them in and installed. Ended up being there almost 5 hours.

It took 2 hours for an oil change then had a problem with the tire rotation but other than that it was good.

I manage a Utility Company and took my vehiclesfor service.This last time I asked for oil change and wipers. They offered a monsoon package that includes Air Filter. After picking the vehicle up I checked to see if they had installed new air Filter. As to my feelings I had when I picked up the truck, No New Air filter yet was charged forty dollars for it.I was also charged for service that my Fleet Management disapproved of. Not my first problem with this shop.Management at this center clearly needs to be replaced. Very disappointed and will no longer take my fleet trucks or my personal vehicles to this shop.

I have been coming to this Big O location for almost 10 years. Always had terrific customer service. This time, Steve Miller was Fantastic. Chris was great over the phone when giving me the quote for service. Mark was sirly and condescending to me last Friday: He needs some coaching in customer service. If it weren't for Steve and my years of great service, I would not have come back.

Coupon received in the mail with offer of air conditioning check would have actually resulted in additional cost. Luckily the representative at the location was able to explain why using the coupon would be a bad choice and offered a better plan that while more expensive eliminated the cost of the offer with better results.

I had a digital coupon for and oil change service. The coupon gave the price for conventional oil and full synthetic but did not state what the price was for a blend oil. I asked and but the associate gave me an estimated price. Like a “guesstimate”
