Not very friendly!

You screwed up a simple oil change and oil spilled all over my van and concrete driveway. Then you send some guy to try and clean my driveway and he made it worse by scrubbing it. Then you send a steam clean comany and they can't fix it because the first guy you sent ruined it. You are pathetic and completely unethical and unprofessional. Gabe you and your company are a joke.

I was confused about the issue. Recently, my husband brought our vehicle in due to a tire being low on air. They service folks checked and out and did their normal great job. When we picked it up, we were told no charge since it had a nail in it. This was consistent with how this issue was handled a couple of years earlier with another one of our vehicles. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again a short time later on a different tire on the same vehicle. We brought it in, and this time we had a screw in this tire - sheesh! Anyway, your team did their great service was done to fix it. Anyway, instead of being no charge, we were charged $44. There was no problem with paying the bill, but it seems inconsistent to us from your shop. Either we should be charged for this service, or we shouldn't be. There was no explanation for the difference in treatment. Unless, the removal and plugging is different when it is a screw versus a nail?

You wrecked my driveway. Need you to show some integrity and fix it. These complaints will never end until you do.

I have now givin you guys a chance to take care of me and my family twice now and both times you have failed miserably!!! Once was an oil change that you couldn't do because you couldn't get the drain plug was ty tight. So what did I do..... I took it to cobblestone around the block and they had no issues and still don't to this day. Next I come in for a simple tire rotation and plug for one tire. I arrived at 7:30 in the morning, Was the 2nd customer of the day and still waited 2 hours and 15 min. You didn't charge me which was nice but to be honest I would have paid you anyway!!! So just so you know I will never try and use you guys again. You have no sense of urgency, no knowledge of new vehicles and horrible service!!!! And if I could give you a zero rating I would but one is as low as I can go. I have 3 vehicles and all 3 will need new tires in the next few months and I will for sure be using someone else. Even if it cost me more.

I don't know. Pretty much how much it cost that made it not so satisfying.

What good would it do to tell about my last experience with this company but I will shop around next time I pass several automotive/tire shop but I chose you all that's my fault I can't"� blame no one but myself.Now I Know......

It was my first time to purchase tires and I did not know what to expect. Everyone was friendly and courteous and that was important. I do plan to come back for other services that you offer such as oil changes, rotation of tires. Thanks for taking care of my car needs.
