Texted me when the vehicle was done. I was able to spontaneously leave a second vehicle for tire rotation. All done same day!

easy in easy out

My lights were all checked and the burned out lights were replaced. The brakes were checked and found to be at sufficient level.

I brought me car in the day before to have my tires checked. They needed air. David, the person who did this, asked me if he could show me his concern. He showed me three bald tires and a fourth tire that had about 30% tread. The condition was so bad that I could have had a blow out. I thanked him today for caring enough to point this out to me. It is people like David that care enough to go that extra mile that make him a valuable asset to Big O Tire in Prescott.

We discovered Big O Tires a few years ago and have bought tires and had service there ever since. Consistently service has been prompt, expert and reasonably priced. Congrats Big O for taking the mystery and risk out of car service and tires.

Everyone was great and kind. The process was easy and there were no real hiccups. My only complaint is that it took almost 2 hours for my oil change. Besides taking a while tho everything went great
