Have had issues with tires after I bought tires in New Mexico. Your guys found the problem right away and explaind what the problem was. Great job!!!

Bryan checked the areas of concern, that had been raised by a technician in my recent Oil & Lube service. He tightened loose wiring connections and found no issue with the motor mounts.

Prompt service

My battery had had to be jump-started, elsewhere in town. Filippo took the time needed to get it jump-started again, and taken to the auxiliary shop, just south of the main shop. There, a new battery was installed and the mechanics dealt with an unexpected issue, regarding my car's original alarm system. All was resolved within 2 hours.

I asked for an explanation about the services to be rendered and the associate gladly explained. I appreciate that every time i have a question about anything the associates here are always pleasant and happy to explain.

I was just getting a free tire rotation, yet the work was completed in half the time estimated. Always have received good service at this store. The buy 2 get 2 free marketing strategy is very persuasive. I hope you can afford to repeat it from time to time.

This visit was to repair one of my husband's tires. He is now a convert to Big O tires, at least this store. He is looking to have his high performance brakes done here vs. Mercedes and will buy future tires from here.

I purchased tires last year and had a free alignment with a year of purchase. They got me in at a time that worked for me and did the job quickly and efficiently. Friendly service all around.
