I was looking for some combination on road/off road 20" tires that had a good wear warranty. The local sales rep showed me a set of Big O AT II tires and I felt the price was good and the warranty was good for this type of tire with an aggressive tread pattern. I have just started to use the tires on my 2020 Sierra GMC crew cab 4X4. So far they are working well. We get a combination of rain and snow this time of year and I am happy with the performance.

I came in because a tire had a slow leak. The leak was repaired in about a half hour and there was no charge because I had bought the tires there. I may have known about that feature but it was still a nice surprise and speaks very well for your company.

Mark got the car in on time, and was very helpful by explaining what was wrong with the wheel and tire. He also provided a quote for new tires.

This visit was for a tire rotation and tire pressure check, nitrogen refill. I asked for the refill to be 2 or 3 psi lower than the maximum level for better tire wear. I have t verified this just yet, but I believe it will be as requested.

They were great. My tire popped and they did everything they could to get me back on the road.
