Great staff! Appreciate all of the little things you do like Monday when I came in and had a slow leak in one tire. You fixed it right away at no charge. Thanks Big O!

I got the "Monsoon Special ". Great price, easy to schedule, representative "Mark" was friendly and professional AND finished in less that 1 hour. Last visit to the Dealer for the same service took 4 hours and was alot more money. Thanks I'll be back.

I was greeted as soon as I crossed the threshold. I asked for an alignment check before they staff could ask as part of the oil change, tire rotation, balancing.

Easy to get scheduled and seen. Mark was polite and friendly.

We are visiting from out Maine and had the tire pressure light come on our rental due to the lower than normal morning temperatures. We stopped in to see if we could get some air and were greeted by Chavez, one of the mechanics, who was attending to other duties when I asked him. He was pleasant, engaging, and very helpful. I told him we only needed air in one tire but he insisted in checking all 4 and making them all even, then replacing a tire valve cap that was missing. Being a former manager, I can tell he's a go-getter and good employee with an attention to detail, only satisfied when the job is done right, even if it's something as minor as air pressure in tires. He was helpful and had a great demeanor, and we talked for a few minutes about the area and suggested some places to visit. His actions earned my loyalty and we will be back for any tire needs. Kudos to Chavez, thank you for such a great job.

Charlie the svc rep at front desk checked my Focus after I requested an oil change and lube and discovered my 2 rear tires were bad and needed replacement. He located the 2 needed rear tires in stock and gave me a detailed amount of both oil change and 2 tires. Charlies was over and above courteous, respectful, friendly & kind. I had made an appt and Focus was worked on right away and finished in allotted time. Charlie explained that 2 new rear tires were very good and what they were specifically manufactured from. I will return for 2 new tires on front in another year! Thanks for the terrific customer service! Also appreciated the detailed oil change.

Everything was explained well and the size tires I needed were in stock. Charlie was friendly and went over each charge with me.

I came in with my son Aaron who has severe Autism, after having a flat tire which upset him as well as changed the order of our day dramatically! These are both very baaad things for these guys! After a very kind deputy changed our tire and got us on the road w/ the donut we came there~ after Wal-mart sent us away not having our size. But by then Aaron was done and began to escalate. As I started to explain Aaron started crying and chanting...so "Ryan" took a kind, humane look at the situation and told me he'd sneak us through...and we were out and on our way in 35 min tops!! No one waiting there said a word, the whole group was as kind as he was! These 2 men together turned what could have been a disaster into one of the sweetest experiences I've ever had under duress! I now love Big-O Tires!!

Very impressed with Steele Kimnaird who was my service representative, and then the entire front desk team under Manager Bryan Furse. I had no idea of the full-service this store provided. I had no idea the level of professionalism and care the team took working on my vehicle. Very impressed, and also most impressed with their patience answering all my questions and teaching me - quite a service I do not think customers expect in this day and age - lost art. I have already referred a customer to the Big O location in Prescott on Iron Springs Road. I will also have my wife's car looked over at this location, too. Really impressive customer service.
