did not expect an alignment check with the rotation!

Mark and staff are very friendly and helpful. They even let me bring my dogs in! Great place to do business.

We were visiting from out of town Thanksgiving weekend ...5 hour drive to go home. On Saturday at 4pm we were leaving to go home and our sons car started to shimmy a lot going 45mph...there was no way we could have our son drive home like that.. I called Big O in Prescott which was going to close soon..Russ said we will be open just bring the car in. They check it out and it was something simple...no charge. Thank you again for your kindness...no other place in town could get us in... we would have to wait until Monday to get seen. Two thumbs up Precott Big O

Good service. Did not service car, just had a screw in LR tire. Checked tire but had had non-repairable puncture. Had to bring replacement tire in and installed donut spare. It was ready to be installed back on the vehicle that same afternoon as promised.

I am Pastor of the Benevolence Ministry at Willow Hills Baptist Church, and this is where we send our clients for tires. At the time of service The manager will call my office and I will pay by credit card.

I picked up a nail or screw and my left rear tire was going flat. I needed it fixed right away as I had to go out of town the next morning at 4 AM. The guys at Big O jumped right on it at had me back on the road in less than an hour start to finish!

main issue was a slow leak, technician also recommended an alignment; although the alignment was a bit more expensive then I would have thought, leak was no charge, so all good.

The 100,000 mile inspection and service was done promptly and well. The only issue was that I had to call the shop three times, before I could get a ride back from my residence.

I've purchased tires for all my vehicles at Big O for over 30 years. I find the quality exceptional and the service on spot. I have always been able to junp into the shop if I had any issues with the tires and felt I was taken care of and appreciated.

Especially appreciated the ride to and from our home as we only have 1 car -- its only a 5-minute drive but saved us enormous inconvenience. Everybody very friendly.
