I was impressed by the way BRYAN FURSE handled the having to make an appointment instead of waiting around in a crowded room for a long time. He didn't ask if I wanted an appointment, he just asked for the date and suggested right away, same breath, and an inquisitive patient smile. Turned my bad attitude into a quiet waiting attitude. Than I was immediately told to pull up to have my tires filled. I was quite impressed with the way BigO made a bold move changing from waiting in a crowed room, to in and out service. I am keeping my Monday appointment for the tire rotation.

The appointment process was simple, the scheduling for service was timely, the actual service time was short and on time. The technician demonstrated the before and after alignment conditions a step not always done at other companies. I also received quotes on new tires for the vehicle and discovered that they could also service the tires on my motorhome. This fact was extremely useful as few tire service companies can or will address tires changes on 22 inch rims. This saves me from going to Phoenix for service. As critical as I am about the quality of service from any source based on todays business environment I would not hesitate to recommend this Big O location. The personnel were friendly, attentive, informative, and professional.

My car had to be towed into Big O's the night before the service provided because it wouldn't start. We dropped off the keys @ 7:30 in the morning. Service was very thorough and the mechanic first ruled out the alternator and the starter by running tests. It was odd that the battery ended up being the problem because the lights would still go on! But the mechanic actually ran another test on the battery and after two hours of charging, the battery still wouldn't hold a charge. So the mechanic installed a new NAPA battery with a 7 yr. warranty. I'm always satisfied with the service I receive at your Big O's store where I have been a customer for 6 years. The service is prompt yet comprehensive. Very friendly front desk staff. The day I was there is was Selena.

Staff very friendly made appointment for next day at my convenience. Car was ready when they said it would. Plus they explained in detail what the issue was.
