I was driving my son's car after work, I ended up with a flat Called Big O David answered my call and took my order For a new tire, very polite, I paid for the tire and David and the rest of the staff Richie a d Lee, were so kind to stay an hour after they initially closed, to help service the tire on my son's car, Yes I will definitely be back to Big O tires Best customer service!!!!!!

Called at the last minute when a long trip came up for a pre-trip tire rotation. "Bring it down and we'll work it in"

Russell, the manager truly has transformed Big O in prescott and prescott valley to be ran by honorable people. As a new mom and somebody who knows nothing about cars, I need extra guidance to make sure I keep my precious cargo safe and thanks to Big O in prescott and Prescott valley and a big thanks to Russell specifically all that was made possible. Extremely curtious staff

Fuel pump was replaced on 2003 Mustang. Check engine light kept coming on. Someone at the shop replaced the gas cap because of pressure difference from old to new pump. Problem solved. Easy fix but not easy to figure out. Give that guy a raise!!

Walked in to discuss new tires and the service technician advised us of a sale and could do it right then. Sounded good. We went across the street for lunch and the job was done sooner than quoted. So far the tires are great.

My vehicle was thoroughly serviced, brakes and alignment checked and tires rotated. This has been customary, for the past six years that I've been with Big O.

David called me when I scheduled my appointment and went over details and was very friendly, thorough and easy to talk to. When I arrived, I spoke with Mark who went above and beyond with his customer service. I requested Lee to be the technician for my truck as I know he is very thorough and works hard, and as usual he also went above and beyond. I would recommend any of these guys.
