Big O Tires

You people are a sorry excuse for a business, my 17 year old son had an oil change on his very first car. We luve 80 miles away from you, and guess what all if his oil leaked out all over the ground at home, what would you have done if he blew his car up because someone didn't know how to tighten bolts,

Service was not completed due to excessive cost.

No surprises work was completed, price matched the estimate, work done is professional and the service advisor was a professional.

Went for a alignment on 2009 Prius for excessive tire wear on all four tires. Had a 9:00 am appointment, waited till 10:50. Car was done around 11:30. Asked if everything was done, man said all but left rear tire needed shims. Why wasn't it done then and notify me that a kit was needed. Instead your guy said it would be over 100.00 to finish the job and to make another appointment. No more Big 0 for me.

Easy early appointment over the phone scheduled with fast while you wait service. An out side trash can would have been nice to dispose of the plastic seat protector and paper floor mat installed by the service tech.

Worse experience EVER. SPENT 4000 DOLLARS AND THEY WOULD NOT SWAP ON MY SNOW TIRES.. LAME. AT DISCOUNT TIRE NOW FOR FREE... BOYCOTT BIG O THEY SUCK.

After coming in for a nail in my tire I was told I needed four new tires. I Decided it was a good idea so had a the same set of Yokohama tires that were on my car ordered. I reverified that it was these specific tires three times (once with a follow up phone call). After waiting two days for tires to come in they got tires and put them on my car. Upon inspection the tires are some cheaper brand tires that I specifically told clerk I did not want because I use car off road. They offered to take the tires off or I could keep them on to try them so long as I don't drive far... I worked the next morning two hours out of town so neither option was acceptable. I now am stuck with $700 worth of tires I don't want on my car for the next 2-3 years. They also told me I should have my suspension replaced and wanted to do it that day. I considered it but after seeing the lack of care and attention to even just ordering and replacing tires i am glad i declined the service from this shop.

I was sent a flyer in the mail for a free tire rotation and alignment check. The service center did exactly what I expected and in a timely fashion. I was pleased with the service and customer service!

Big O was unable to locate a hole in my tire, we were traveling back to Phoenix and had to pump air at other locations just to get us home where we took it to our GMC dealer and they located the problem

I made an online appointment but waited an hour before my vehicle was started. Other than that everything was fine. Service writer was great.

Brought it back for correction of possible misalignment after I had brought it in for a tire rotation a week before. The service cost me almost $90 and the problem was not solved. Still turns to the left like before I brought it back. I paid money for a problem that may have been created by the store and it still is not solved. Plus the store's computers were dead so I could not pay while there. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN, EVER, VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The associates made the extra effort to locate and install a difficult part-the license plate light bulbs.

I had been doing business with this store for years! I cant tell you how many countless sets of tires I have bought there...Good friends of mine have worked there, and I was on first name basis with what appears to be the ex owner,Jeff...I will not be back,ever...100 bucks to mount and balance a set of 235/75/15 tires on a set of steel wheels is absolutely a rip off, in perticular when the guy tells me basicly because I didn't buy them there! I was in the specialty automotive business for 40 years...Drove racecars ,professionally for 25 of those years...I have mounted and balanced thousands of tires in my day, and know exactly what time, effort, and expense is involved...Your not gonna go far treating people this way , specially local return customers...or at least former return customers

Tire puncture repair. In and out quickly and N/C.

Waited 3.5 hours for my car on a Saturday morning. No updates were given to me as I waited in the lobby unless I asked for them. What was supposed to be an alignment and AC check with another diagnostic test turned out to be a long wait.

Friendly service representative.

My tires needed air after I left, and there was no mention of a point check that i asked for for a long trip.
