Big O Tires

First as a 25 years coming to this big o pretty sure I've made my last visit and am looking for new place to service mine and my wife's vehicles. Brian was about as obnoxious and rude as I've ever ever been treated with no respect talking me down. My vehicle uses 6.4 quarts of oil but I was charred for 2 extra quarts at 8.50 a quart. Over $80 for an oil change I might as well go to the Lexus dealership. Totally looks like and is true you have loss a 25 year customer plus wife who if you look at our records have probably purchased 10 sets of tires or more over the years all of our service work and oil changes. Thank Brian for his hard line and ripping me off on charging extra for oil I did not receive and never was charged for in the past. Look at my service records you think I'm exaggerating. Roger stock

It is very difficult to find an automobile repair shop that is honest and reliable. This is one!! They tell you what you need and don't try to sell you things you don't need. This owner deserves 5 stars in every category.

We bought 4 tires, were told it would take 1hour and 15 minutes; it took over 3 hours. One of the counter men was helpful and courteous, the other was rude and threatening towards my wife when she complained of how long the work had taken.

The entire staff are super friendly. From the store manager, Mark all the way to the tech who changed my Jeep's oil, they were all great. I have been here in the past and its only gotten better. I will only go here.

Worst tires ever! I called the manager Bryan after I returned to Nevada yesterday I had to limp it all the way home If I do not get money back I will take it to the president of the company. Going to a big o in henderson nv to see if that does any good

I am a long time customer and I'm know longer satisfied with your services or your charges. It's ok to lose one loyal customer but in time they add up and eventually your business suffers.

I drive a lot and whenever I have a repair on my truck the guys in the store are always ready to help solve the problem busy or not and that to me is great service 👍😃

The service techs I dealt with at this location got me a better deal than I was planning on. The service was performed in a timely manner. It was a painless process.

#1: Their oil changes cost more than at the dealer. I bought the oil change card ($29.95 oil change) and I paid $29.95 extra because. I had them put synthetic oil. This time it was $44.95 plus tax extra! Lady next to my wife got charge $92.00 for the same oil change!#2: They will price gouge you. See above and the previous time I was there they overcharged for changing the two front turn signal lights. $80.00! The good news? We wont charge you for the bulbs. OMG!We will not be going back.

My name is Steve kabel I would not recommend doing business with Big O on Iron Springs in Prescott Arizona I went in there a few years ago with a 97 Toyota pickup I needed to get to used tire put on the front they wanted a lot of money for used tires and when they took my tire off on my front driver side they rip the sidewall so I ask them can you just put that decent used tire on there I was $10 short I can come in in a day or two and pay for it we walked up and asked the owner jeff and he said we do not do loans so they found the worst Tire they could find and put on my truck it was three sizes smaller than the rest which would make it pull very hard I told them that was unacceptable and dangerous would cause an accident they did not care 2 Days Later I got into a head-on collision totaled my truck I have no vehicle anymore I broke my neck I went through a major operation they took cadavers bones out of another human being and fused them together and put inside of me and built a titanium cage around it I will suffer with pain for the rest of my life because of this then I was stupid enough to buy another set of tires through you after that actually two brand new sets of tires for my wife's car I send my wife in today to fix a hole in the center of the tread of the tire they said the tires are worn on the outside they won't patch it and I because the tires are worn on the outside they told my wife you just buy a brand new tire have you looked out your window to see what the hell is going on right now? Does it look like people have money to throw at tires right now because you would not even look at the hole so you end up sending my wife home with a hole in a tire leaking that is very dangerous to try and pressure my wife into buying a new tire mind you I almost got killed from your last mistake and now you send my wife home with a dangerous Tire putting my wife, son and nephews life in danger that is unacceptable uncalled for and your greed is damn sure noted you are more worried about fattening your pocket than the safety of your customers because when I went back in and told you guys what happened with my accident your response was "what do you want us to do about it" and then I read on here think about what you post on here and on Yelp and stuff because we can't take them reviews down them reviews will stick with us for life, well guess what my broken neck will stick with me for the rest of my life, the fused cadaver bones and titanium cage the pain down my neck my arms and my legs will stick with me for the rest of my life and the fact that I don't even have a freaking vehicle anymore will stick with me for the rest of my life so if I have to deal with that you can damn sure deal with a poor review for your greed.

I brought my diesel RAM pickup for an oil change and fuel filter change, and a tire rotation. I was told 1-1.5 hours. After two hours, I checked with the representative at the desk and was told they were waiting for oil to arrive, they did not have enough of the right kind of oil. About half hour later, after waiting 2.5 hours, my truck was finished. The oil life indicator had been reset as expected, but not the fuel filter life indicator. The tire pressures had not been adjusted (the RAM requires 60psi front and 80psi rear, so I drove away with 80 front and 60 rear) and needed to adjust pressure myself. After leaving it in my garage overnight, I noticed an oil spot under the engine; I crawled under and cleaned oil which was dripping from the engine (I'm still watching to see if it was remnants of the oil change or if the new oil is leaking). Finally, though RAM recommends a 15,000 mile interval for oil changes on this vehicle, the "next service due"� sticker was set for 5,000 miles in the future. When charging over $650 for this simple service (which also, legitimately included an air filter replacement), I can see why Big O would like to repeat 3 times more often than factory recommendation!

My oil was changed and no window sticker and they did not reset oil minder on dashboard.Russell (service writer) is an asset to your business but the mechanic that did the oil change and tire rotation needs retraining.After my tires were rotated and balanced my steering shook so bad I went right to my mechanic and he said bead was separated and when the tire was moved from back to front made the vibration worse.I bought a new set of tires at WalMart and problem was solved.

But I was in need of a new tire on a Sunday. Most places are not open and not only was big O open the staff is so friendly and so knowledgeable that they fix my problem within an hour! I don’t think that has ever happened before, thank you

My wife had a nail in a tire, BigO sold her a single tire of a completely different manufacturer and type. This is unsafe, against the manufacturer's safety warnings, against the vehicle warranty and can cause driveline damage. Any tire shop that would install a totally mismatching tire should not be selling tires,

they got the job done in the time they expected. being a single woman recently widowed i was hoping they didnt take advantage of my inexperience in buying tires. they showed me where and why i needed new tires. Great price for 4 tires. Very pleased.
