Quick, professional, affordable service. Everyone was friendly and no pushy sales pitches. I will be returning for maintenance services.

I was highly statisfied with my experience due to the friendliness annd knowledge of the employees. I came in for a tire alignment and they were able to get that done very quickly and at a good price. They also quoted me a price for new tires that I will need very soon.

I had an appointment for a tire rotation and alignment check. It took 1.5 hours to rotate the tires and the alignment check could not be done in that time. I would expect that with an appointment they would be ready and able to complete both services within 1.5 hours. I live 2 hours from the shop and really needed to get these things done, my coupon for free alignment check expires soon and I'm not sure i will be able to get back before then. I'm a bit disappointed.

I made an app't and was taken care of right away. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The technician explained what was going on and the service took hardly any time.

Was supposed to receive an alignment but worker to another car in the place of my spot to get service so I left .

The staff at the counter was so friendly when I walked in. The 3 service attendants were professional and courteous and made me feel so comfortable to make my purchase. THANK YOU

This Big-O is not as good as it was under Jeff Anderson by far. When my service was done(tire balance and rotation and oil change) the wheel key was left on the right front wheel of the vehicle and had I driven off immediately would have been lost. As it was, it took the serviceman I was dealing with about 15 minutes to find it. The service just does not seem to me to be as good as it was.

They had my car done fairly quickly. I dropped it off maybe and hour later it was completed.

The wrong air was used inflating the tires. The vehicle was not reset for the tire rotation and matching air pressure. I had to return twice to resolve the issue.

Been there many times. No one is perfect & evidently small problems will arise. Last visit a gasket was inserted incorrectly & it caused a small leak. I had to return to the store & they fixed it. Gave me a card for a free oil change. Big O Tires can be depended on to treat you right.

My past experience with Big O has always been great since there pricing weren't extreme and their service was great. Going in there recently just for a alignment the service wasn't great and the pricing was much more higher then usual and no one told me about this price change before hand.

Excellent and fast service

For two years I brought my Ram to you for oil changes. The oil light began to go on and off. When I eventually asked what oil your shop had been putting in my truck, I was told 30W. My truck was supposed to use 5W-20 which is common to many newer vehicles. I liked your price but, I assumed the correct oil was being used.

Good Deal

We had two vehicles serviced on the same day. The Buick Terraza would up with a problem. We had them serviced there because of the inspection we usually get during the service. We left for San Diego the morning after. While in San Diego, the front brakes went out, had to have two rotors replaced as well as the brake shoes. We had it done at the Big "O" in Carlsbad. I looked on the receipt for the service when we got back and there was no brake inspection on either vehicle, posibly something you might think about during services.

I have been to big o for all of my tire needs as well as front end repair, they have always been great.

Again my Dodge Ram was a quart short of filling the oil for my oil and filter change/service. I had a coupon for oil change service. The guy that checked me in informed me that I would be charged for 2 extra quarts of oil because the coupon was limited to 5 quarts because he acknowledged that my vehicle takes 7 quarts of oil. On the service invoice it was stated "check and fill all vital fluids". So did the service guy check the oil level when finished? Obviousley not. Did someone follow up and re-check? Obviously not. I checked the oil level myself before I left because this has happened before at the location on Iron Springs Road and Gail Gardner Way. I go to this location for my vehicle service because it is close to home, I have purchased tires and long term alignment service. There are other services provided there for vehicle maintenance. I guess this vehicle service business is the best of the worst. It's a shame that there is no work ethic, no heart and no concern of people these days in the performance of their jobs.

As always, Big O Tires gave us great service. They were knowledgable about what needed to be done and it was done in a timely manner. The people we worked with were very friendly. It's great knowing that we can come in and people there know us and are so great to work with.

Brought in a deisel Yamaha mule. Explained what the problem was. This was not addressed and we were then told your business doesnt normally deal w/deisel vehicles. It was running poorly when we brought it in and was still running poorly when we picked it up.

They quickly fixed a leaking tire and discovered another possible safety issue.
