Big O Tires

Explanation of what was done never occurred. When the appointment was made, a miscellaneous concern was mentioned, but never addressed by the staff.

Well at first I was unsure because I had my brakes done there about nine months ago and they started grinding again so I took my truck back to Big O thinking I was going to have to pay again but they took care of it all, at no charge so I was very happy about that.

Disappointed I was not able to get 90 days same as cash.

I had 3 trailer tires to switch around ie: mount /dismount It was done with no problems and even though thay were busy it was done in a timley mannor = Highly Satisfied

I had a good experience at the Prescott, AZ store. I appreciated the free bottle of water and being able to sit outside the store, due to the heavy rubber smell inside.

All the people I worked with were polite, wearing masks and clear in every aspect of the purchase, including prices, time to wait and the guarantees of the tires. Plus, my car ran great afterwards!

The reason I gave a low rate on a few of them was I just found out that I could have bought a set of Front Rotors cheaper than what your company charged me to turn them. Plus the turning of the rotors did not fix the shuddering while braking either and that's why I wanted them turned.

Everything was performed as expected

I needed to have a leaking tire checked, and left my car so as to return to work. The tire appears to have been fixed, but no paperwork was shown, nor was there any explanation about what may have caused the leakage. I guess when there is no charge, there is no paperwork. Still, it would have been nice to know what the issue was.

Had an appointment for 10 am. they put someone ahead of me. waited 45 minutes before they started my vehicle

Actually, the oil change went well. They haven't met me at my car in the last 2 years. I tell them what I want and they do it. I get more friendliness from the guys who bring my keys in than the front desk woman. I actually ordered 2 new tires last month as a Christmas gift for my daughter (I purchased 2 new tires in May for the same car). I made an appointment to have them installed the next day at 9:30 as they assured me that they would be in. I drove in from Chino Valley to find out that the tires were not there and no one called me to let me know. I would not have minded coming in within the next two days but I made a special trip for the tires. Why did no one call me? In any case, I have purchased tires at your establishment for 20+ years. I didn't even get an apology. I purchased the two tires from Sergio's in Chino Valley.

Didn't have the right oil filter, had to go get one.

Tires look great. You just need to be careful because I feel they keep trying to up-sell you again and again.

Always treated fairly. I drive a car with expensive tires. I have never gone anywhere else!!

Shop didn't seem to busy this particular day. More than 30 minutes before they took it in to service. Was out in an hour though so overall pretty good.

We had a family emergency and needed to leave for out of state right away but we had a nail in the tire sidewall and needed a new tire before we could leave. It was 5:30 p.m. and Big O got me in before they closed. They rocked!
