The team was very nice and helpful. Time estimates were accurate.

Which is a high rating? 1 or 5? Since I am unable to know I am accurately marking, I will just say that they went far above and beyond helping me in my recent situation and I would give them the highest marks across the board. This lack of clarification on the 1-5 scale could be causing customers to incorrectly mark you.

They were knowledgeable about my car and had the parts I needed to complete the job in one afternoon and took the time to come and show me the problem on my car so I could see the problem myself

I have used this location several times and I always get great service- I wouldn't go anywhere else

I was struggling to find a good location and price for new wheels. Big tires offered the best price, the best service and I felt like I could trust everybody. That was there. They made me feel comfortable, and I will now go to Big O tires for any of my needs from a vehicle

When I called the store to see if they had an appointment, they said they could see me that day. I bought new tires and it took about an hour. Very happy about the efficiency, friendliness, price.

Very fast and friendly service

The customer service was great. Mike helped me out with everything, as well as Robert explaining what each tire does and the lifetime of the tire and how the wheel alignment works and they gave me the best prices on tires. Overall great experience I would definitely recommend it and go back. Definitely taking my second car.

My issue, misalignment of one wheel, was promptly addressed and the service took less than an hour-including dealing with a burned-out brake light bulb.
