Big O Tires

When I first called, I wasn't told an appointment was necessary. I made the trip clear across town for nothing the first trip. Then I made an appointment.

Quick, efficient and friendly people. I always come to Big O for both our vehicles.

Big O has always taken good care of my car. However, after having it die on me and bringing it in in December for a complete check-up, the problem was not found. It died twice more, while I was driving over the next four weeks, so I brought it back in. They determined the alternator was going bad and draining the battery, so I needed to buy both. The office staff has always been very gracious - Celina, in particular.

I had a nail in the outside flat edge of a tire. There was still plenty of tread on the tire (only 20,000 miles were on the tire). I would prefer to have the tire repaired instead of buying a new one. The indication was the tire was too old to patch ( tire was purchased in 2013 but there was no cracking or checking of the tire).

I like them a lot. Theyre very informative and explain everything to me when I need clarification on anything and put my mind and worries at ease.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they need to work on when customers have an appointment theyre priority. People make appts for a reason. They either have to work or have other appts to make as wellOtherwise I love them and will keep going to them. Theyve earned my business and trust with my vehicle.

The vehicle was serviced in a mostly efficient and thorough manner. The only rub was that my glare-guard sun visor attachment, important for driving during sunrises and sunsets, was dismantled and had a piece broken off. I will remove it myself, in the future, prior to the vehicle being serviced.
