Big O Tires

I only went in to have a slow leak on one tire checked. I then asked how long my tires were guaranteed for and we started talking about how I had forgotten about tire rotation, so he added it to the list and I was out of there in under an hour, without an appointment.

The staff at this location is incredibly friendly, helpful, responsive - I can't say enough good things about them. Mark was excellent at helping answer questions I had.

Phil was very helpful with my mileage warranty adjustment on my Michelin tires. He handled all the work with the Michelin.

I had really good service! They got my alignment done super quick, my only qualm is that when I was looking online for the price of the wheel alignment, the website said if i made an appointment I would get the quote and so I made the appointment and it told me to call the store but by that time y’all were closed:( but I know it’s not the stores fault so overall it had a great experience.

I was real leery about going back to Big O, last time the young man that talked to me about my tires and drove my car to the bay was drunk, could smell the booze on him. The whole experience was awful. I was never going back...this time was a great one. I didn't pay much attention to the cleanliness except the front door was filthy. I sat right in front of It while I waited

I love this Big O location! I am always very pleased with the service I receive and the staff is amazing. I literally drive from Munds Park because they're so great. Bryan always ensures everything runs smoothly and he really goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I had never dealt with Fil before this visit but he was equally wonderful and addressed everything with enthusiasm. I will definitely be coming back!

I brought my Hyundai Elantra to the shop, as the Tire Pressure Indicator was lit up. It was quickly determined that a nail in my back left tire was the culprit and the nail was removed. Further inspection revealed that there was significant wear on that tire and the rear right. I then purchased two new tires and they were mounted and balanced, within thirty minutes.

Been a long time customer for over 17 years. Solid service continues over ownership change.
