It’s really confusing when you first come in as a new customer because no one tells you what to do. I didn’t like that at all. Whoever I made the appointment with over the phone sounded like an idiot. Anyway, once inside, I liked the guy who checked me in, he answered all my questions I had about services I needed and would possibly need in the next visit. He was nice and very knowledgeable. Timing for service was expected and it was nice seating area with air conditioning. Wait time was a breeze. Overall, I’ll definitely be coming back!

My perception that my rear brakes were in need of new pads was checked by the mechanic, who found replacement was unnecessary. Oil & Lube was done on the vehicle.

I have been coming to this Big-O store for the last 15 years for all of my auto needs, they recently changed ownership, but I will continue to keep coming back because of the people that do the actual work.

Brent and I forgot the other mans name we’re both very helpful even when overwhelmed by calls and customers. They need at least two more people.
