Got me done ahead of schedule

Slow leak in a trailer tire mounted on an older / corroded rim...Big-O fixed with a bead seal and worked perfectly....no further leak 2 weeks later. No charge...I would never buy tires anywhere except Big O regardless of price...Their followup service is priceless.

Have been a Big O Tires customer for several years; always received excellent customer service - fast, friendly, professional. Brought my car in this time to have tire pressure checked (tire pressure light kept coming on), auto technician checked tires and pointed out a nail was stuck in front passenger tire. Office was able to schedule a same day appointment for me on short notice and fixed punctured tire for free. Very much appreciated, thank you so much!

The technician went over all the fluids, TPMS, filters, hoses and belt. I was shown the worn air filters and had them replaced.

Brought my daughters car in for am oil change. In & out within the hour.

I had a tire going flat and needed to travel the next day. So I drove to BIG O Tires in Prescott to have it repaired. The tech discovered the tire could not be repaired. The manager (Filipi) was very helpful with several possible solutions. I finally decided on replacing the two rear tires with Big Foot AS. Then I asked about a wheel alignment if possible. The manager told me there would be no problem in getting everything done at this time, thus no need for a return visit to complete the services. THIS WAS 1 HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME (2:00PM) ON A SUNDAY! PLUS, the great discounts and deals made it even more pleasant! Big O Tires and the crew made my day worry free!

I received excellent customer service and they were very quick to complete my oil change, even when I didn't have an appointment.

Philippo was very helpful! He helped me with a couple of applications to pay for my brakes. I think Paul was the one who offered to drive my daughter and I home to get our other car because it was going to take a few to fix mine. Everyone there was just so friendly!
