Good service

Mark was so great in making sure I knew what was going on with my car! I asked them to fix the tire, but they fixed an issue no other auto shop could find! I will call Big O for all of my car needs!!

I’m always satisfied with the service here. Everything is always explained service, price, benefits of the services I also appreciate how they keep up communication with you even after the services have been provided.

I recently had my tires rotated. When I got home I noticed a hub cap missing. I went back hoping they just forgot to put it back on and it would be in the shop somewhere. It could not be found, to Russel said he'd pay for one if I could find one, which I did. When I brought in the receipt, Russel promptly wrote me a check. I'm a long time customer of Big-O and will continue. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

We had a flat tire and Big O prepared it for free as we had bought tires there before. They also replaced the spare and installed the repaired tire. We didn't wait for the repair to be done so picked the car up the next day. They parked the car in their garage overnight so it was safe. We were most pleased with the whole process.

We went into have my tires pressure check. A piece of metal was found. He offered to fix it and it was done that easy. We went inside and was taken care of immediately.

Russel took care of me from beginning to end. He greeted me at the door, remembered my name and why I was in and had me out of there in half an hour after replacing my taillight, bulb and checking my battery. Big O is the only place that I have confidence in taking care of my car.

Immediate contact with employee who explained that my issue could either be the battery or alternator. He came outside to confirm my problem was the battery and told me he had already ordered it, knowing that's what I would want. Always a great experience at Big O.
