My daughter and my five-year-old son had a flat tire next door at Arby's and they were very friendly and helpful for her to get the tire fixed haven't met people this nice in a long time

I was traveling through town and the personnel bent over backwards to accommodate and even had a place for me to temporarily drop my travel trailer while they worked on my car.

The guys are always helpful and pleasant. The length of time to install 4 new tires was 1.5 hours. Excessive. However, in general this is a great location.

My husband regrets not buying his tires from your Big O store because of the good service and benefits I receive. I did see a roach traverse the floor whil I was there, but that can happen at most places.

Brian Mick was WONDERFUL! I came in a little crazed and he was so helpful, knoledgable, and kind and I truly, truly appreciate his help. I honestly will only go to Brian and Big O Tires for my car needs. Thank you, Brian!
