Had my hood latch replaced and an oil sensor replaced. Was in and out in two hours and the everyone was very professional.

I went to another place and they said I had a bad alternator but it was a old battery that the just sold me

Dealing with professional people

I was extremely pleased with the service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was quick as I waited less than an hour. Plus, my oil change included tire rotation which I did not realize until I drove away!

Love this Big O Tire store- I’m always greeted, they are friendly and can perform a variety of services. They have complimentary coffee, water and snacks. The restrooms are clean. Plus I can walk to a variety of places- Dutch Brothers, Walmart, TJ Max and more! They shouldn’t be so efficient- I could shop more LOL!
