I went to another place and they said I had a bad alternator but it was a old battery that the just sold me

I am very happy Big O moved into Vail. I was a Discount customer for over 30 years. Every time I would go in with a low tire, the result was the tire sustained sidewalk damage and I would have to buy a new tire. They never took the time to ensure they did a quality job like the Big O staff. Benny has been absolutely outstanding. He managed to fix a balancing problem I was having with tires I bought from Discount. He never charged me to fix the problem. He just wanted to make sure he took the time to gain a new satisfied customer. Thank you Benny.

My wife could not get her jeep started Robert with Big O tire sent men out here and got the jeep started and took it back to Big O tire in Vail Arizona. They did an excellent job with everything and went above and beyond. We are so very happy and very grateful of Big O tire being in Vail. And we will never go anywhere else for.
