Big O Tires

Store was great, was not greeted when I pulled up, but wasn't a problem for me. Two of your three reception folks were busy with other customers, the guy in the middle, I don't know what he was doing. I told the clerk I was going to walk over and get some lunch, she said to go ahead and she would get the car in to work. I returned about an hour later and the tech was just finishing. The clerk informed me that they didn't rotate the tire because one tire was worn. I said that was understandable, be they never indicated to me what was meant by worn. I paid the bill, went home And checked the indicated tire, and yes it is worn, but not down to the wear marks yet, they could have measured the wear and let me know. So, I didn't buy a new tire. I will check the wear when I get home from my trip and see if I need a tire yet.

Spur of the moment pothole damage. Sean walked me through my options. I knew I was due to get a new set of tires shortly anyway. I had my daughter with me and I was offered a ride home, above and beyond customer service.

Service was fast, and the price was exactly what I was quote, and well below competitors.

Up merger gone days to get a replacement tire Eagle EMT you're got my Corvette. I was offered a great deal on two Pirelli tires you had special ordered for someone else who backed out. My only issue is that I should have been told that by dropping in tire profile (from 45 to 35) my speedometer (and onboard analytics) would be off by -4.1%...

Communication was the key the time it took to get my car done was fast. The only problem I saw was they should have put the whole price on the email before you pick up the car when it's done.
