Although I was not offered anything from above, the customer service was fantastic. It was our first visit in and we will be back!

I was told when I called in for the appointment that oil change and tire rotation would also include topping off all of the fluids. All was done but went back to the store - shop because I heard a tapping sound after the oil change and was told that you do not top off the fluids but I wanted to have that sound checked out it went away the next day .

They did great but I was not offered a free alightment? How come?

Crystal was very helpful and got me in and out of there as seamlessly as she could. They were busy but the waiting room was comfy and there was plenty to eat near by. Would go back to this location again

I was visiting family in the area when I arrived at their place with a flat tire. I purchased the 4 tires at another location. Since I didn’t have the warranty paperwork, this store (# 4234) called the location where I bought the tires to confirm the warranty info. That made it very easy to handle.

Staff was courteous, and my unscheduled but urgent need was handled quite quickly, given that the store was busy with other, presumably scheduled customers. I did not expect to have tire fixed and remounted for free (although I did experience that once recently at a different location in a different city). I was informed of pickup options by voicemail. Technician who remounted repaired tire also replaced tire change hardware in my vehicle, and did it neatly and properly.
