They diagnosed a problem and quoted such, but found the repairs were much simpler. They could have charged me for the original quote but honest enough that they value my patronage more than a one time visit.

Front counter assistants have excellent customer service by greetings when I came in , updates, and finally thanking me...it is also nice that the guys working on the tires thank you aswell.

The customer service is great. The gentleman at the front know me and are always glad to see me come in. Always ask what work has been done and what can they help with to get the car where I want it operationally. Good to ask when is the next time I'm coming in and what can they expect on the next visit. Good to be recognized as soon as I come in the door to this busy location.

I had a dead battery & Greg got me in for appt right away . I also had a light saying my washer fluid was low . They fixed that too! My 16 year old Jeep has just turned 50,000 miles & Jake & Kenney, Seth & All the Fellows would like to buy it . Not for sale yet . Big "O" tires keeps me Running Smoothly. Michael Brousseau has done most of my work . You have an excellent Team there. I'm 71 almost 72 & it's great knowing your fellows keep this Elderly Lady's Jeep safe. Only problem they keep running out of D Back tickets when I have work done.! The newly renovated waiting room is very nice & comfortable as well. Keep up the Great Work Guys! Blessings Lindy
