The gentlemen at the big O tires have been taking care of my tires and oil changes for years (with multiple vehicles). All of the staff is always great and honest with me. I have had a blowout and almost died not too long ago (which I always have to tell the story every time I come in because I get so nervous about my tires) and the lovely staff alway reassure my fears. I have been coming here for years and recommend this store 111%.

We had some crappy cars awhile ago and these guys took great care of us and made sure we were safe and understood what repairs would be needed soon. They were honest and so good to us. Love the Bountiful, UT store.

The service I received was above and beyond, my car drove like a dream going home. My car's front bumper was falling off and shamefully I was too lazy to snap it back into place and when I got home I was pleasantly surprised that they had snapped it back in, not only my car drives like brand new but looks like it too

I am a Big O customer for 6 years. The Bell Road location has done most of my work. Michael Broussard (spelling ?) has done All my work except the recent oil change. Kenney In main entrance fit me in to do this recently. He also ordered me a new gas cap which I needed as the engine light kept coming on and guess my 16 year old Jeep needed a new one . I only have 49,000 miles on my Jeep & having faith in your team gives me confidence that they really care & know what to do for me & my jrrpv. Thanks again for hiring these great Guys. Employees and customer service were top notch. Really friendly, you can tell they take pride in their job. Store front and bathroom were flawlessly clean. The coffee amenity was of good quality and plentiful. I drove from salt lake to bountiful and would do it again to obtain the service that I received. They were super busy but showed no signs of stress. GREAT JOB ! This is what customer service should be like everywhere. Thank you guys!!!
