The owner took the time to answer all my questions and explain the process (even if I didn't know all the shop lingo)! Great customer service! I'll be back!

It was a relatively smooth process. The only problem I had was in making the appointment. I was unable to make an appointment for the alignment online or over the phone. However, by adding a tire rotation to it, I could then make an appointment.
