I wish I could of brought down some goodies for you guys, but with the neck surgery it did not allow me to do so. Been a customer with Big O since 1986. Out of all the store managers I have come across, Phil you are the best. Love the crew you got. The service at Big O has always been great, but you are what makes it a friendly store to trust on your cars needs. Thanks a bunch, and see you soon.

I came in for a pre trip safety check up and oil change. The guys went though to make sure it would be an issue free trip which it was . At check out they went over the work done and then reviewed some service items that although not critical at this time need to be addressed in the future. And this is why I keep coming back.

Phil and his guys are great! We take 7 cars to them and they take care of us. They suggest other things but they are not pushy.
