The assistant manager at the store I went to in Peoria really helped me out with tires. On my 00 Chevy Suburban then he told me about the deal they had going on with cooper tires and there brand. Much appreciated the help

A point to ponder. Bean bag balancing could have been explained more thoroughly to justify the expense of $40/bean bag. Without any explanation it was a little disconcerting. If you had to breakdown the tire to install the bean bags you could justify it but when installing new tires it sounds excessive as no additional labor is required and you can buy 24 oz of beans for 98 cents. Things the customer should be told that tire pressure is consistent with what is specified on the tire that "if tire pressure isn't maintained at 100 psi the warranty is invalid"� if not why not. "�- Were the lug nuts tightened with a torque wrench? If an impact wrench is used to tightened the lug nuts it can be nearly impossible to take then off with a lug wrench. These items if discussed with your customer they will have more confidence in your quality assurance. Overall you run a good shop and when I need tires I will be back. Sincerely Glen

My experience with this location was nothing short of amazing. They explained what they were going to do with my car and checked on the overall care of my car to make sure I was maintaining it as best as possible and they presented patient, knowledgeable and efficient.

Tire replacement - picked up a nail in a place that could not be repaired. In and out very quick!!

I recently brought my car in for a oil change and they informed me a of bald tires... bought my car back 1 week later for new tires. And learned my car had a couple.other issues... so.of course i had them taken care of... the staff was very nice and efficient and the prices were very decent comapred to otehr places i have been to in the past.. and now i feel safe driving my car... ..i would highly recommend Big O Tire to familu and frinds and will be back for future services.
