Great friendly people. My car drove better with new tires and an alignment when I left then when I went in. and car wasn't out that much.

Honest, quick, and competent service

This place did it again, justified a 5-star rating....had a moment of paranoia on my rear brakes that I didn't see before..had my truck for 12 years so had them check my rear brakes and everything was good....even offered a remedy going above and beyond, chose not to take it...so all day, brakes and service...yep, it would be this place first, thanks to all the employees!!!!

Big O store is located near my home, quite easy to get to. This facility has placed tires on three of my 4 vehicles. Give them a call... They have what I need in a timely fashion.

check in was quick and efficient, I was called when service was complete, check out was fast and professional, was given a print out of the before and after for my alignment so I was able to see what was done.
