great service. didn't take long to get two tire changed

Andrew and Jessie are the best and they have a dodge specialist who always knows what's up with my van.. I don't trust anyone else. This place is the best around.

Andrew was awesome. Gave me an awesome deal on all new tires for my Kia. Got 4 new tires plus a 4 wheel alignment and was in and out within 90 minutes and on my way.

I am very pleased with the service I get at the Big O on Golf-Links and Kolb. They are always professional and do quality work.

very professional and the service was fast

two sets of tires wore out just alike before someone decided I have a problem.

Went for a tire replacement and the store didn't carry the tires I needed and I was expecting it to take few days to get but I was told they would have it for me in a couple of hours and I was shocked. It was quick, easy, and no hassle what so ever.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was in and out for my tire rotation and balancing and back on the road in less time then expected.

Only thing I didn't like the mechanic didn't wipe his hands b 4 getting I'm my car. Had grease on stearing wheel.. And on door...

Todo estubo vien, fueron amables, lo unico que paso es que no quiso negociar un precio para cambio de aceite de transmission y cambio de aceite del motor los dos al mismo tiempo, pero lo entiendo por que quizas el es solo empleado y no esta autorisado para algo asi, quizas pudo aberlo comentado con sus superires, de todos modos muchas gracias, me han dado servicio por casi dos aos y todo ha estado muy bien, gracias por su servicio,att,Lorenzo Sanchez

This service was for a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country where the spare is located in the middle of the vehicle and VERY difficult/annoying to extract and replace. The team member servicing my vehicle was kind enough to ask if I wanted the spare checked and put back into the difficult to access cargo space.
