WENT IN FOR A TIRE REPAIR, THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK WERE SUPER QUICK TO HELP OUT AND GOT MY CAR IN AND FIXED THE PROBLEM SUPER FAST .

They took care of My sons truck and explained what the situation was and what the price might be and when truck not finished they made a courtesy call to inform us that truck was not done they did not want to rush the job wanted to make sure they did not miss anything.. I really appreciate there knowledge and very polite.

I came in to have a tire fixed. They repaired the tire at no charge and I got a quote for new tires. Excellent customer service. This is the only place I will get tires for my vehicles and I tell people that this is where they should go as well.

Very fast and friendly service. The tires work great, even though its just the first week of owning them. The service folks seemed very knowledgable about the product and were competitive on the pricing.

i had an appointment and they got started right away. ran into a problem and were still able to get me back on the road within 2 hours of my arrival. it is now running smother better than it has in several years.

Ive gone to this location a few times and each time was very pleased with my service. I had previously gone to jiffylube but due to a few faults I decided to try out big o tires. It was an excellent decision. Big o tires has won my business over and is yet to disappoint. Thank you!

Service was professional and fast

I was greeted by Andrew. Had been in a car accident, needed as tired replacement for tires bought in Phoenix. He helped calm my nerves from my accident by working with the other store quickly. It was an Awesome experience. I have had additional services and all were excellent. Staff is great, understanding and knowledgeable as well. Good location also. They definitely get two thumbs up.
