Longer wait than usual . little over a hour . Did nt have air filter in stock after saying they did. which meant longer wait time. The shop was nt that busy .

We went to the one on golflinks and kolb for a new tire the broke my tire sensor and i went back and he said my tire sensor battery died 2012 camry dont have batteries for a tire sensor and he wants to charge me 70$ no way ill take care of it myself .dont go up there they you break something and try to charge you

I went In on June 3 to get a flat repair or replacement on tires I bought a year and a half ago and was told me tires are out of warranty and they couldn't offer me anything but a prorated tire. I paid 800$ for my tires and to be told a year and a half later only ONE is out of warrant is ridiculous. Please get back to me. 5202577695

I had the driver side window motor replaced. The window had greasy hand prints on the inside and outside, which I removed with Windex when I got home. Also, there is still lots of front end noises (rack and pinion steering was worked on in prior visit(s). This noise is NOT FROM MOTOR MOUNTS needing to be fixed. I have had 8 visits to your facility, 3 of which had to do with the air conditioing unit (which was totally overhauled) still not performing at full capacity. Your son was very rude on the phone over my having disputed all your charges with Cabela/Capital One, trying to have your charges reversed. He insisted on my bringing cash or a certified bank check for the $296.00 and refused to accept my American Express card. He also would not send a vehicle to pick me up, so I had to secure another ride to your facility. As I shared with him on the phone, many people had told me your business is the worst, moreso since you "new owners" have taken over, and had they known me, they would have recommended several other competitors in the area. Several have also told me you took advantage of me because I am an elderly single woman. I spent well over $4,500 at your business, which is ridiculous for the work I had done. Yes, I have a one year guarantee, but I am moving to Connecticut in 5 days, so what good does that do for me. I HAVE TOLD MANY PEOPLE OF MY DISGUST WITH YOUR BUSINESS.

Andrew was awesome. Gave me an awesome deal on all new tires for my Kia. Got 4 new tires plus a 4 wheel alignment and was in and out within 90 minutes and on my way.

If you ever need anything done on your vehicle don't take it to the Big O Tires on Golf Links and Kolb! They are a total scam. We took our vehicle there for a simple alignment, we get there and they say alignment is done and drives great. They also said there's a leak in the gear box, which there wasn't there wasn't when we dropped it off. My husband told them there was no leak and all they had to say was "well there was." We start driving it to notice immediately that it drives the exact same as when we dropped it off!! We have a mechanic buddy in the family and he said they didn't do a damn thing to our vehicle. He said there's no wrench marks or anything, he also said it looks like they made the gear box leak by just loosening some parts. So, my husband tightened the gear box parts that they tampered with and what do you know, it doesn't leak anymore. He takes the vehicle back this morning and the manager of the store tells him it's still driving like that because the gear box is leaking. We asked for a print out of the numbers when they were done with our vehicle, didnt want to give it to us. My husband proceeds to tell him our mechanics finding and tells him he "fixed" the gear box by tightening the parts they loosened and they need to either refund the money for the alignment or fix it.They didn't want to do either one and the MANAGER repeatedly kept calling my husband a liar! At that point my husband was just getting to angry and walked away... He took it to where our mechanic works which is jack furriers across the street and they put it up on the machines and said the numbers for the alignment are totally off and they didn't do anything at all over there at Big O. So jack furriers is fixing our alignment and theyre going to print out paperwork of when they first got the vehicle from Big O and after they fix their mess. We'll take that back to Big O Tires and if they still want to be sleazy and unprofessional about all this we will go to higher management. We've already contacted the corporate office to find out further proceedings in this mess that should have been a simple alignment.

The online price for 4 tires was $450, but the total price was $650! I know there are going extras, but $200? I had to ask the desk person for a rundown of the fees and he went over it so fast I would have missed it if I blinked.

THE WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE! Called ahead of time and was quoted a price. I made sure to ask that was the out the door price for everything and they said yes. Went in less than 20 minutes later to have the tires put on. At checkout they gave me a completely different and higher price and told me that one of my lug nuts came off fine but had an issue going on and is now magically stripped so they are wanting to change me an additional to fix it. I tried talking to the so called "owner" and he swore up and down that all of his guys hand tighten before using the impact. Now I have worked in this business for a bit and can tell when a lug is stripped from an impact. He refused to even offer to replace what they damaged. I will never do business here again and will be telling everyone I know just how horrible a job they did!I

Had a few issues which these things happen just a inconvenience is all they did take care of the issue and it was resolved

did not do what I paid them to do also every time I get an oil change I pay something different the before.

It took longer than anticipated to complete the services I came in for, which resulted in me having to call in for work due to the time it took to complete the services overlapped with my start time.

There was no effort made to rebalance the tire after the flat was fixed, but that was corrected after I pointed that out. I feel that was a step that should have been done as a matter of routine.

I noticed my tires were not properly inflated as I was leaving. I spoke with someone as I was leaving and was told that the electronics had not reset yet but they would as I was driving. I live 35 miles from the Big O that I use and was very stressed that my issue was not addressed at the time. I could not get my tire pressure brought up to standard until I returned to the city.
