Customer service was great, but my alignment is still not right even after taking it back. Staff said it might by miscalibrated machine. But now I don't trust them doing it again. Will take about a week for them to call someone in to calibrate the machine. Unfortunately, I now have to pay and go to Brakemasters. Wish they would have got it right the first time... or even second time.

I am writing 900 miles after my safety check from big o tires. All went well with the exception of the wiper blades. They were really bad and I'm surprised that it was missed on the safety check. That coupled with no written information as to what, exactly was found or not - e.g. state of the oil, filter, tire pressure, fluids, etc. Left me feeling uneasy on the trip. All I had was a verbal " everything's OK" and a receipt with a 3 letter initialism indicating a safety check had been done. Like I said, 900 miles later all is well, but it would be helpful to have an itemization. I would pay a little bit for this as well. Hope this helps. People were friendly and professional.

They left grease on the inside of my driver's door. I had to take my car back Tuesday after having oil change Thursday because it was leaking. Turned out to be Coolant. Then was told I needed drive belt, upper/lower radiator hoses, and water pump. I thought the belts and hoses were supposed to be inspected with the oil change. Apparently I was wrong.

I will be bringing my Van back on Wednesday for the following reasons: (1) The heater defrost hose is damaged....needs replaced from pulley friction. (2) the suction (low) side filter was not changed .... why is that? After spending 5 days in your shop and spending $3,150....all I can say is you only have one more chance to get it right....and if my Van comes back with anything else not working, then I am going to dispute this on my Cabelas credit card, and that's not a threat, it's a promise. AND I WILL GET EVER BIT OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK.$$$$$

I go here all the time, I recently went this past Saturday once they opened. I asked for an oil change which I always get from here. They called me twenty minutes prior to it being done and let me know also that I needed a new air filter, which I told them was fine and to put a new one. Come to find out that's the only thing they did good! I was driving my car at night, I live on the east side of Tucson. Drove all the way to Marana last night just to get the oil light turned on in my car again! Told my boyfriend to check what was going on and ALL my oil had spilled out! My wheel locked on me and my car shut down also on me. Big O tires was closed on Sunday so I had a car mechanic come check my car out. Big O tired messed with my oil filter and they forgot to bolt oil cap back on!!!!! Horrible experience and I will never go back again. It's ridiculous. I'm lucky my engine didn't blow out.

I went on Tuesday for an oil change. Never had any problems with getting an oil change until Wednesday morning seeing a puddle of oil under my car. Didnt think it was a leak thought maybe it is overage that was on the car. Went to work on Thursday morning and the same thing so now it concerns me that something wasn't tighten up enough. I have never had a leak until now. I have had my car for over 3 years. Hope it doesnt cost me to get it fixed

First time in- Andrew was very helpful. Just needed oil change. Waited and unfortunately they did not install the filter correct and I left and had to come back due to my car making a strange noise. They fixed it and all is well now. Just was bothered that it wasn't done right the first time.

Your employee Jesse was extremely helpful. On the phone asking prices and following up. Very knowledgeable. I called 2 other tire places for quotes, but he won because he was great at his job.
