I have three vehicles. They are serviced at Big O. They don't have a service drive, but they do meet you at the door.

I was extremely glad that I was texted about the time length since last time car had oil changed. I then made an appointment since it was over year even though readout in car said oil at 50%.

Always use you guys for my various automotive needs. Also, some specialty needs like mounting large drag race tires. Mark always takes good care of me which is why I am a returning loyal customer.

PAUL noticed that my spare tire I had to put on my car because of a flat was low and he checked all the tires for me. They had to order a tire so I'm so appreciative he noticed my spare was low or I might have gotten stranded again. I had a neighbor put on new headlights for me but he couldn't get them aligned right so I ran up to Big O and CHARLES was so nice to take the time to align them.

The were very fast in putting the tires on rims and vehicle

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Charles and the manager (can’t think of her name) were such a great help. I came in with an appointment and the check-in process was quick and easy. I could see they were doing a fantastic job managing the workload on such a busy day. Once the initial diagnosis on my breaks was reviewed with me and I gave my approval to move on with the repairs, the team snapped into action and had the vehicle done within a very reasonable timeframe.
