Had a great experience at Big O Tires. I bought a set of tires about a year ago and one the tires got punctured. Took the car in and they fixed it, rotated them and did an oil change. Everything was done well and quickly. I really appreciate the good service. Thank you

Had two bent chrome rims on Lexus. Mark did a great job finding me the the least expensive alternative to replace the rims and purchase 4 tires. Mark showed great customer service.

They're always very helpful to me, and they always do a wonderful job on my car and my truck. They know that I don't have anybody else keeping an eye on my vehicles for me, so they take extra time to make sure everything's okay.

I rated their knowledge as such because they did what I brought my car in for. What they didn't know while my car was in service was that the skid plate was getting loose and resulted in my driving my car for a couple days with a godawful noise coming from beneath my car. Skid plate was skidding on the road as I was driving. I don't know if it's their job to look around underneath there but it could've saved me a couple days of stress. Service seemed rushed and place was busy. Too many appointments set for a day? They also used to come out and ask if I would like them to replace engine and cabin air filters. They didn't do that. I would've said no thanks but still.....I'll continue to take my car there for the full synthetic oil change and tire rotation as usual because I've had no problems. Thanks.

We come to this location frequently, they fix all our cars no matter what the issue is and they are always very honest with what needs to be fixed. They are beyond helpful, and also speedy with fixing what needs to be done.

Question #4 doesn't indicate if a #1 is high or low? I hope a #5 is high because everything was top notch, outstanding. Josh & Braiden were very helpful. I've been coming here for 5 years and never been disappointed. Thanks for such great service.

I returned the first set of tires and worked deal for new Michelin tires much better. I was happy with the manager; she was very nice and professional.

Second time there with a nail in my tire.They told me about an hour wait.I said well it is what it is and i'll just hang out.To my surprise 15 min later they are working on my car.I will always use them great service highly recommend
