Big O Tires

They have always done what I was told they were going to do . From the first time to the last time that I came in to Big O tire. They do what they say they are going to do.

Was very infrmative,easy to schedule, clean shop, easy access and staff was very helpful

These guys are the best! I won't do business anywhere else.

Although i didn't plan on going to BigO tires because it happened on Sunday i ended up there instead of my normal habit of going to Costco for tires. I lost 3% in rebates but you representative did a good job handling my objections resulting in this sale.

They were pointed out a problem I was not aware of.

Appointment was easy to schedule, service was begun at appointment time, waiting area had comfortable chairs and price was highly competitive.

The only comment I have is that the list of recommended maintenance items included an automatic transmission service. My truck has a 5 sped manual transmission. Don't know if this is just a computer printout that customers get or if this was just an oversight but that added a lot to the estimate.

I was able to get an appointment the day day after I called & the problem was rectified.

Just moved from Florida. Sunday, driven out of our home by huge water leak. Stopped by car wash to try & cheer up before returning to hotel room. Car wash ripped valve stem & flattened tire. Show up w/tow truck at Big O w/no appt & they were really busy. Greeted simultaneously by two service advisors. Bob Powell took over. Very kind, polite, and efficient. About one hour & tire was repaired. We thought we would be there for hours. Big O experience is the only good happening for us in more than a week. Now customers for life. Thank you Bob Powell & Big O!
