Good and fast service

The service was very good as it has been for many years.

This location made it so comfortable and easy to take your car in for any service. Being a girl it’s hard to go in certain places and not made feel stupid. They were so helpful and fast! I will be taking all my vehicles here.

Suitable selection for an emergency repair due to a blowout on a road trip. Knowledge staff. I think they were pushing the Big-O btand a little hard. Maybe because of tree sale.

I had a problem with the last service they did, I talked to the owner and they made it right with me. This time they had my vehicle in and out in 40 minutes everything was great I would recommend them for anyone needing a vehicle service

Preston and his team are always a pleasure to work with. Went in for an oil change and he let me know I really needed new tires so I took it back the next day and they were going to do tires and alignment. Something happened where they couldn't get to the alignment and they went out of their way to offer a free alignment since I had to bring it back. Took it back the next day and they took care of it and even apologized when it wasn't really an issue to me in the first place. They have done great customer service and want you to be happy when you leave which I was. They are honest and I have never had a problem with them.

Waiting room was clean and cool. Old see my vehicle go up on the racks so knew it was being worked on. Replaced the dip stick that had broken off and was out quickly when they were done.
