Your staff was very good to me & my kids, my wait time was not long, and I will be back for my front end alignment. I have been to other shops in town where I have literally left in tears, but I think from now on you will be my mechanic shop from now on. I hate it when I get treated like I am stupid because I am a woman. I am not. Your staff were incredibly professional to me & I was very welcome. Thanks a million to you and your staff.

I recently switched from Haralson to the new Big O for my tires and alignment. I purchased 5 new tires for my jeep then returned to get my alignment done. The times I've been there have been quick and easy. Haven't had any problems with my vehicle after picking it up from Big O and the employees have always been friendly and respectful.

Appointment date/time was very satisfactory. I was notified as soon as the work was completed, and was notified of any concerns of the repairman. Picking up the vehicle, the counter person was friendly & professional (Brian Wright), giving me all the particulars of the service performed and any future concerns they noticed.

I was taken immediately and the service rep was extremely helpful and honest. I was experiencing problems with my parking brake and he explained to me that the break cable was frozen overnight because I drove through a puddle and the cable didn’t have time to dry before the temps reached 22 degrees outside. By the time I got to Big O everything had thawed and was working fine. The service rep checked the brake linings and the cable and everything was working fine. I appreciate his honesty because it would have been easy to create a problem but he was very professional and honest.
