I went in for an early bird special and they were pretty booked up but they were able to get me in and the service was extremely fast.

I liked how easy it was to set an appointment for my wheel alignment. And it only took 40 minutes for them to get everything done.

Customer service rep was courteous and helpful, positive environment. One problem, when I asked the Customer service rep that I wanted my old tires he gladly said to drive to the back and get it. I sent my son to go get it. Later when we met up again he told me he received an attitude from one of the Hispanic male in the back and also made sarcastic remarks directed at him. I don't know the cause of this treatment or maybe he got upset cuz we wanted the old tires back and he was thinking of taking it for himself. Spending a little over $1,000.00 at your place of business I don't think he deserved that type of treatment or no one should.

This store sells me all my tires. And on occasion I take them there for service.

Quick in and out with attention to detail. The attendant was very helpful and understood my need.

I've never been dissapointed at Big0 Tires! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They actually answer questions and go out of their way to find the answers. Great atmosphere!

I'm a routine customer at big o, everyone says hello when u walk in and lets me know if time is available to do the work I'm seeking.

Very helpful! I met the owner about a month before I needed new tires on my F250 4x4 . On our way in to town we had a blow out! It was about 103 degrees outside and I was not about to change the tire at those temps. I arranged to have the vehicle picked up by Nuttall's Towing (suggested by Statefarm Insurance as the most fair). Richard picked up the Truck and we rode into Safford very comfortably in his air conditioned Tow Truck. Richard Delivered the 4X4 to "Big O" and asked if we should include the Towing Bill with the Tire Store Bill. I agreed to avoid further hassle! It was almost closing time at the Tire Store, but Alishia took her time to get the details for the tires needed so we could get started early the next morning and get on with our business. Richard and Alishia (independently) suggested staying at the Best Western Motel for the night as the best choice and very close (about 200 feet)! Next morning I was at the store before 7:00 am. The place was open working but the Boss, Preston was not there yet. He arrived promptly and we got the work done with 4 new tires installed, a complementary Wheel Alignment, the Towing Bill included and on our way by 10:30 am! All in all a great experience under the circumstances. I made some New Great Friends this past week Thank you all for your patience and cooperation!!!! John K

I had Car shield and they were giving me a hard time. Brian and Bernie helped get everything settled and got my car fixed in a timely manner.

Preston and his team at Big O are great. They are honest, dependable, and competitively priced. It's always a good experience working with the Big O team.

They fixed a flat on my tractor, which was out in the field. All I had to do was give them the tire size and they came out and serviced it. Couldn't have been easier.

I needed a head light replaced- A small job- but got they same fast professional service I appreciate . To my total surprise the new head light REALLY lights up the road ahead- and was perfectly focused . WHAT an improvement!!!
