The service appointment went great. The survey is way too time taking and silly, a painful amount of time. We like the facility and the staff, and work, but we do not want this intrusive survey and the time it steals from one's day. It's too much. Get it down to the first question only. We intend to use the Big O for continued service and purchases. Thank you.
