very,very,very slow service. four hrs for a service job. I worked for 12 yrs in a service sta. & I know how long it should take.P>S> not four hours.

Preston and his staff were very professional. Made sure all of my questions were answered. Very comfortable atmosphere. Would highly recommend my family and friends to visit

Thanks for asking. Confused is what I am. Always received great service at this store untill this visit. I asked for 3 services. Replace blowout big O tire under warranty. Check another tire, had slow leak. Rotate tires. The tech replaced the blowout tire that's it!! No rotation, no regard for leaky tire, didn't even bring tire pressures equal!! Tire pressures when I left. 34. 36. 36. 41?? Please explain!

Satisfied I got a discount on an oil change. the wait wasn't that long they had free popcorn and soda plus my kids enjoyed watching Netflix while we waited in waiting room. Thanks again...

They tried charging us for a transmission flush and oil change when all we had was an oil change. The guy tried giving a discount for a transmission flush but remembered it was the wrong car after I swiped my card. Then whenever the car was done, we went to pick it up and the battery was dead and we only had the battery for 3 months and oil spilt all over the engine. We'll never have our vehicles serviced there again.

The Big'O store was closed here in Safford, AZ yet I am still getting sale flyers for that location. When you go to the main website, they are still listing this store! It would be nice if they updated us on whether or not they plan to reopen the store in this location. I'm very disappointed that they have left the area.

Had what looks like a knif slice on our front tire. Guys at Big O took great care of us. Unloaded our ice chest from the back of our car and mounted the spare tire. No charge. Thanks guys. I'll also be back with cookies!
